Arriving in Paris? Whether you’re landing at Orly (ORY), Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Beauvais, or Le Bourget airports, our English-speaking chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. Holding a sign with your name, he’ll be easy to spot as soon as you exit the restricted passenger zone.
We closely monitor Paris flight arrivals in real time to ensure a smooth pick-up. This personalised meet & greet service is included for vehicle bookings up to 7 seats. There is no extra fee.

For groups: we can provide a dedicated English-speaking Representative to personally welcome travelers upon arrival. She/he will wait just after luggage reclaim with a sign with the group’s name on. He will liaise with the driver & lead the group directly to the coach.
Meet & greet service pricing (for groups):

- 125€ – CDG or Orly airport
If you’d like the Meet & Greet Coordinator to travel with the group to their Paris hotel and assist with check-in, the price would be:
- 230€ – meet & greet with check-in assistance
If the group don’t need a meet & greet service, i.e. if they have a group leader who knows their way around or they are confident they can make their own way to the meeting point, we can provide detailed information on how to locate the coach parking area.
